Completing a twelve week wellbeing program with Katie has been an extremely rewarding journey for me, because it wasn’t focused on a fad diet or super intensive workout program, which from experience has NEVER worked for me.

From the initial consultation Katie identified key areas of improvement within my lifestyle and daily regime. Through mentoring, advice and encouragement we were able to implement a 360 degree holistic approach to repositioning my mind set with a key focus on increasing my self-esteem and wellbeing.

Katie suggested achievable and sustainable weekly challenges which cleverly introduced subtle changes to my diet, increased my frequency of activity and repositioned my outlook on re-building my self confidence. As a result, I discovered new ways to be more comfortable and confident meeting new people in both a social and business settings. My outlook on what was achievable at my own pace became a positive one.
